How educational psychology can help in the process of literacy:
Educational Psychology is an activity focused on personalized attention to those students who deserve special attention, exerts a strong influence on the whole teaching-learning process, since either through appreciation of the cognitive aspect as the focus of reflection. Both the educator and learner are living experiences not only relevant to the process of teaching and learning in school, but also to a greater harmony that involves the individual and their environment in a meaningful construction of learning through everyday life in the world and with the things it contains.  Of course, such assertions have relationships with the goal that is based on schools so that student learning is always directed to an end of a significant and promising future. The problems of education have much time performing for society and the interests of educators by psychological problems in the teaching of reading and writing, as well as any other activity, because the teacher's goal is that their students learn, regardless of color, race, social class or individual differences, in this case, relevant needs support larger and more qualified elements in the process of learning and teaching.

            The challenge of Educational Psychology in the process of teaching and learning, particularly in the field of reading and writing, has been the face of a natural problems faced in school with children with impaired cognitive development, however, on the other side, the school currently invests in output more human, if the professional preparation of educators are arranged to deal with psychological problems of children’s in the school, are greater challenge and in many cases, without tackling this important issue no output can be gotten by the educators,   In teaching and learning of literacy in schools today is known learning theories based on the principles psychogenetic.

There are relevance of genetic psychology in understanding the process of child development, this implies that state schools are currently opportunized to adopt not only means provided by the teacher individually, but also by the set of ideas that come from studies related to the special needs involving the child and their learning.
