Conclusion
Therefore, it is concluded that lack a clear vision about the impacts of reducing the legal age limit.  And the lack of relative attractiveness of concern about the quality and capacity of democratization is importance in adult literacy. According to the sociological perspective of the conflict it may be of poor education for poor students, increasing social disparities in terms of sociological analysis, which can also be a case of stigmatization of an educational modality, due to the socioeconomic status of students who attend a low quality educational institute due to having insufficient funds for education..
As this is not a determinism that prevents public policies to reduce exclusion, but rather, an indication of the obligation to make educational opportunities narrowing, rather than amplifying social differences.
